Looking out the window as she saw a shooting star (Y/N) closed her eyes and wished for something only to open them once more. Slowly getting up from her bed she quietly walked over towards her dresser drawer and pulled it open, putting her hand inside as she took out some clothes.

Slipping on her flats (Y/N) walked out of the room as quietly as possible and walked down the stairs and onto the first floor. Opening the front door (Y/N) stepped out and closed it tightly, walking down the steps as she walked over towards the woods.

Heading inside the woods (Y/N) followed the smell of where there was a lake and walked there. Passing by huge numbers of trees (Y/N) smiled as her hand brushed by a lavender rose, its beautiful light-colored petals shining under the gentle moonlight.

"You seem to be dying a bit..." (Y/N) whispered under her breath, kneeling beside it ignoring the fact that the precious nightgown that Meliodas gave her was being dirtied. Gently cupping it with one hand a soft (F/C) glow emitted from her hand. In response to this, the flower began to gain more color as its droopy head was now fully risen.

Feeling happy about her accomplishment (Y/N) rose as she began to walk back to where the lake should be. Passing by a huge boulder (Y/N) walked by a bush as she pushed away some leaves from a tree to reveal a breathtakingly beautiful lake.

Freezing in her steps (Y/N) took a moment to admire the clear lake's night beauty. The way that the moon's light shone down on the water as it reflected causing the lake's water to shine and tinkle, copying the winking of the stairs as crickets resounding with one another, their music infinite and calming to those willing to hear.

Taking in a deep inhale to remember the addicting scent (Y/N) small smile became wider as her face was now like one of a child, bright and joyful. Letting go of her clothes they dropped down on the ground as she ran towards the lake, jumping up as she was now two inches away from it.

Closing her eyes (Y/N) felt as she collided against the lukewarm waters, sinking. Opening her eyes she let her breath go as she began to breathe underwater. Quickly swimming over towards where some little fishes were swimming together the little fishes didn't seem to mind as (Y/N) neared them and admired them, instead, some neared her.

Her childish smile was still on her face as she softly touched a fish, making sure that she didn't put too much pressure on it as to not kill it. Waving goodbye to the little fishes (Y/N) swam over towards the surface as she pierced through it, the cool night air touching her drenched skin as the noises were less muffled now as she could finally hear the crickets once more.

Looking down at her drenched nightgown (Y/N) shrugged and took it off, shaping it into a ball as she threw it over towards a big rock not seeming to mind that she was now officially naked.

Chuckling as she saw some little fishes near her (Y/N) swam away from them slowly allowing them to catch up to her and swim alongside her. Both the little fishes and (Y/N) swam with one another, both of the species seeming to enjoy their time together.

"You know, little fishes, I think I grew up too fast..." (Y/N) softly laughed, her gaze downcast as she floated on her back as she stared up at the night sky, the fish still by her side. "I fucked everything up, but look at selfish me. Wanting everything to get better... how pathetic." (Y/N) whispered, sighing as she gently touched the necklace around her neck.

"I really want to take this off, I really do, but it'll find its way back to my neck soon after. So what's the use of forgetting the past when it's still clinging onto me?" (Y/N) questioned, her gaze slightly blurry.

"I really wish the stars could talk to me, or even the moon. They could give me someone that I can hug and talk to. That would be nice. Having someone you trust so much to talk to you. As I always say, you're never too young to want to fucking die." (Y/N) chuckled slowly, remembering her younger days where she was free and innocent.

"You know... people used to call me a prodigy. I know, crazy right?" (Y/N) said to the little fishes, though they didn't listen for they didn't understand. "What I would give to become a bird. Free from the clutches of everyone and the world. Sure, I could die very easily, but... I would still be truly free." (Y/N) sighed, hugging herself as she tried to not cry.

"I'm so useless..." Hugging herself closer (Y/N) felt that a tiny tear left her eyes, its familiar cold feeling dropping down onto her warm skin.

"Fuck!" Whipping her head around to where the loud sound came from (Y/N) quickly went under the water and quickly swam over towards her extra clothes, vines appearing around her as her skin quickly dried allowing her to put on her extra pair of clothes.

Slipping on her flats (Y/N) allowed the vines to go back down as they instead went towards where the person who yelled was at.

"Show yourself. It's futile to hide." (Y/N) stated, her sad expression quickly turning cold like stone. Hearing the sound of footsteps ahead (Y/N) gaze hardened as the vines went towards the mysterious person, wrapping around the person making said person yelp.

"Are these vines? Wait, how?!" The person questioned, their voice seemingly panicked but still calm. 'Sounds like a male... forgive me if I'm wrong.' (Y/N) thought, her vines nearing her as she saw a small tuff of lavender-colored hair.

"It seems that you're not that accustomed to magic, kid-" Stopping, her mind suddenly became blank as her vines strength became weaker, the mysterious person's legs now touching the ground. 'H-How?! What's going on?! Why can't I move?!' (Y/N) began to panic, though try as she might she wasn't able to move a single muscle.

"Hah... you fell for that easily." The boy said, his lavender eyes staring down at the unmoving (Y/N) as the vines let go of him, falling back beside their friend. "Next time that you try to fight, don't be so quick to think that you'll defeat them." The boy smirked lazily down at her, walking in front of the female.

"Who are you?" The lavender-haired boy asked her, his purple horns glittering under the moonlight as his heart-shaped tail switched side-to-side. He had a plain gray shirt on that was tied by a thick rope around the waist as he had black shorts on, bandages wrapped around his exposed feet as his long and pointy purple nails were still visible. He also had a metal spiked choker around his neck.

"(Y/N) (L/N), daughter of the former rulers of the Dragon Race and the current protector of Prince Meliodas as well as the current helper of the Seven Deadly Sins." (Y/N) introduced herself in a monotone voice, her eyes glossed over as she held a strict frown on her lips.

"What are you here for? To capture me?" The boy questioned her, his voice much harsher now. "I came here to escape my Master. No, I didn't come here to capture you for I don't even know you." (Y/N) replied, her eyes still downcast.

The boy nodded in understanding. 'So she's not a threat... at least if I don't make her become one.' Turning away from the female he sat down on the brink of the lake, his gaze focused on the lake's glistening waters.

Feeling that she now had full consciousness of her surroundings (Y/N) frown deepened as she quickly looked back over at the relaxing male. 'You little shit!' (Y/N) yelled in her head, pressing the air around the half-demon making him fall on the ground, his breath becoming short.

"Listen here, half-demon, you seriously think that-" Feeling her heart skip a beat (Y/N) quickly looked down at the tired male only to see that he had a lavender-colored aura around him. 'Just like Denki and Izuku... except theirs were green and yellow.' Sighing, (Y/N) canceled her magic allowing for the depressed half-demon to finally breathe.

"Come with me, we already got a cult going on for people like you so you don't have to worry." (Y/N) stated in a tired voice, already done with adopting a bunch of teenagers only because her gut told her to. Looking towards the walking female the male put on a dumbfounded look.

'What the hell is she talking about?'

Turning around to see that the male isn't following her (Y/N) frown deepened. "Are you coming or what?" (Y/N) asked him, thus making the male panic for some reason and quickly get up, running towards (Y/N). "C-Coming!" The male exclaimed, running behind her as they began to walk inside the forest.

With her wet clothes held tightly in her hands (Y/N) hummed. "By the way, what's your name?"

"Hitoshi, Hitoshi Shinso."

Turning around the almost-cooked omelet (Y/N) hummed a song as she prepared breakfast for her comrades, as well as her adopted friends. Once the omelet was properly prepared (Y/N) lifted it from her pan by the wooden spatula and placed it onto the last plate.

"So you're like their maid or something?" Shinso asked her, looking around the cabinets as he tried to find the mugs that (Y/N) was talking about. (Y/N) shook her head, "No, more like a comrade who helps them with their chores is all. With Master Meliodas and all." (Y/N) replied, not trying to hide the fact that Meliodas was indeed, her master.

Shinso cringed when she said 'Master Meliodas', finding the title to be something disgusting. "You know, if you used that power that you showed back there you wouldn't have to listen to him anymore. You can be free like you were wishing back there." Shinso proposed, finally finding the mugs and handing them over to (Y/N).

(Y/N) sighed and shook her head, "I can't. See this necklace here? This is a symbol of our eternal contract. As long as this necklace exists so does our contract, which I, unfortunately, can not destroy." (Y/N) explained, pouring herself some water as she chugged it down.

Still, Shinso disapproved of the idea. "I still don't think-"

"Good morning, (Y/N)- Who is this?" Turning their heads around to see who said that they saw that it was Meliodas, his clothes from yesterday still intact.

"Oh, good morning Master Meliodas. Would you like an omelet?"
